Year of the Monkey Gold Proof?
I have a 2004 Hong Kong Year of the Monkey Gold Proof. It weighs 15.98grams and a 0.91Gold(so it's about 22k and it's about perfect condition, I have never touched it). I have the certificate of authenticity and everything. Printed by the British Royal mint, it has a circulation of about 10,000 pieces. How much would it be worth? I want to sell it. I live in Toronto around Yonge and Dundas(eaton centre area). Does anybody know who would be willing to buy it?
It's a Gold Proof Medal, I've been attempting to find it online, but I can't find it anywhere.
You could probably get at least the value of the gold for it. Check with a local coin dealer.

Tramp Stamp? Consider This First!
A popular tattoo for females is the Tramp Stamp. This has become a trendy spot for many first timers as well as girls getting their second or third tattoo. While a Tramp Stamp can have many placement benefits, there are some very, very important things to consider about such a tattoo:
1. Why get a Tramp Stamp?
Tramp stamps are tattoos that are placed in the lower back area. Unfortunately, that area has become so much of a trend or fad, that it is now seen as an unoriginal area to get a tattoo. The lower back is the most popular place for women 16-28yrs old to get a tattoo. If you go out to a club it’s not that uncommon to see most girls have tattoos there and often with similar designs.
The whole point of getting a tattoo was originally meant to stand out for something original or personal. It seems now tattoos are more trendy or a fad. If you feel like the lower back is the place that you want to get your tattoo than by all means go ahead. However, don’t do it because all your friends have one there. Remember this is a permanent decision.(or very expensive to fix)
2. Tramp Stamp Stigma
Another factor to consider is the negative stigma associated with a lower back tramp stamp. Unfortunately lower back tattoos have earned the reputation as being associated with woman being promiscuous. So just be aware of this slang term, and again if you are set on the low back placement then simply rise above the tramp stamp labeling.
3. How about some alternatives for a Tramp Stamp?
If you don’t want to deal with the Tramp Stamp label there are many other places for a tattoo. If you are set on having a tattoo on your back you should consider the upper back (or the back of the shoulder area), and even the middle back, though it'll be less noticeable there.
Another great alternative to the tramp stamp, is side body placement. You can have a tattoo placed on your abs area, the side between your stomach and back. These side tattoos can be much more unique and original as far as placement goes.

How do I get my store set up to take food stamps?
I have a store that does take and bake pizza like papa murphy's. I know that all the papa Murphy's will take food stamps for their take and bake pizzas. When I called up the place that is supposed to set me up with it they told me that they do not offer the program for me. I told them that Papa Murphy's does it and they said I was misinformed. I am sure I am not, call any Papa Murphy's they take the EBT card!
You right. I have an EBT card and the rule on it that you can't buy any fast food with it (like cooked pizzas) , or "preprepared" food, but you can buy frozen pizzas with it. It just can't be preprepared.
They have to give you the EBT stuff for stuff that qualifies, but you are going to have to make extra sure you don't put any restricted items on people's EBT cards.
Maybe you didn't explain it correctly. Tell them in no uncertain terms that you do sell qualifying products under the EBT program, and explain carefully to them that you aren't selling cooked pizzas to EBT holders, but rather frozen pizzas like at the supermarket. The supermarket does it.
Just pound it into their heads that you are not selling preprepared foods, but qualifying items. You might even have to talk to a few people there. Ask for the supervisor and beat it into his head that its "FROZEN PIZZAS" and that it qualifies for EBT.

Moisture-proof Package & Quality Control Solutions
Moisture-proof Package are important for package quality, moisture-proof package quality control is therefore, very necessary. Moisture proof package is widely used in machinery, electronics, foodstuff, medicine and daily care, etc. It is a most commonly used protection against moisture during logistics. Moisture proof package avoids rusts and deterioration of the packed contents effectively. Labthink, as the excellent provider of testing instruments and testing services, integrates moisture proof methods with relevant methods for introduction.
The Moisture Transmission Testing for Moisture Proof Package
The moisture proof packages are tested according to cup method as regulated in the standards. Cup method is another name for weighing method when testing moisture. Its principle is to test the weight differences of the cup within a unit time so as to get the parameters such as moisture transmission quantity. Hereinafter, we take Labthink TSY-T series of testers as example. This series has four testers, all of which are of weighing method.
The traditional testing method is to utilize cup, constant temperature chamber and scale to measure manually. However, owing to the human interferences, there would be a great influence on testing results, such as long testing duration and low accuracy. Labthink TSY-T series of moisture transmission testers are the global innovative fully automotive testing mode, complying with testing requirements as well as standards. The only thing the operator needs to do is to place the prepared specimen into the cup and start the tester. Then, the tester operates, judges, ends and prints the testing results automatically. The whole process is intellectual with no human interferences and thus, brings forward accurate and reliable testing results.
Besides, in actual application, the packaging material must undergo procedures such as forming, inserting and heat seal, etc; and uneven thickness and inferior sealing sometimes occur. This requires testing for packaging materials as well as the whole moisture proof package. Labthink PERME W3/330 Moisture Transmission Testing System successfully meets the double testing need. This testing system is of master-satellite mode, a master base can connect 9 satellite testers so as to realize 30 kinds of materials tested at the same time.
2. Heat Seal Strength Testing for Moisture-proof
The heat seal strength of the moisture proof packages should be no less than 30N/5cm according to some standards.
Labthink HST-H3 Heat Seal Tester is for the specimen preparation of the heat seal testing procedures. Tensile tester is to separate the seal so as to test heat seal strength.
Labthink XLW series tensile testers are specialized in the heat seal strength testing for moisture proof packages. A full automatic testing can be accomplished only by pressing the button ‘Heat Seal Strength’. Besides, this tester can test the elongation, peeling strength, tearing strength and puncture of the laminated layers of the moisture proof package.
3. The Seal Performance Testing of Moisture-proof Packages
The seal performance testing of moisture-proof package can be accomplished with Labthink MFY-01 Leak Tester. This tester consists of mainframe, vacuuming device and vacuum chamber. Through testing, pinhole, crack, inferior seal and other defects can be found.
First, place the package into the vacuum chamber filled with water, set the vacuum maintaining time between 30 to 60 seconds. The vacuum rate is set as one of the following: 20, 30, 50 or 90kPa. Then, start testing to achieve preset vacuum rate and maintain the vacuum maintaining time. Observe the leakage during vacuuming and vacuum maintaining periods so as to see if there are bubbles. A single separated bubble can not be regarded as specimen leakage.

Would a coin from a proof set be equal to, higher than, or lower than MS-65 quality?
MS-65 is a grade for normal circulation strike coins as well as uncirculated commemoratives as well as mint sets. Proof Coins use PF then the grade number. A proof is a specially made coin and the term PF is not a grade but a designation. Most modern proof sets from the late 1990's up actually grade higher than PR-65. Older sets may grade that or lower. Once a proof coin is broken out of a set is usually when things go wrong and the grade gets lower do to storage. The proof set cases are however not air tight and must have proper storage. What Is Goal Setting Exactly?
If you are new to the world of personal development and goal setting, then you may be wondering what it is and how to go about goal setting. In this article, you will learn what is goal setting and how you may just be doing goal setting already.
When you awake in the morning to go to work in time, this is goal setting. The process of setting your alarm to get up, washing your clothes the night before, and preparing for work are all part of goal setting.
In the dictionary the term goal means the end of the race or the object of effort. These points are important. Another word we have is set. To set means to put or place in specified position or condition; cause to sit; fix, point, put up; make ready; become firm or fixed, establish; prescribe, allot; arrange while wet, so that it dries in position.
That last point is an important one. If we consider sand and cement, we add water, and it sets, it becomes concrete. This is the essence of what is goal setting. You have an objective, and with the right ingredients, you make a product, your goal.
A goal can be thought of as an end step. What do you want exactly? Answering this question gives you the understanding of what the goal you want to set is. Another term we can call this other than the end step is the outcome. So if you think of a concert. Now the travel is not the end goal, but being in the concert, listening to the band is the end step, the outcome. Literally, you walked steps, and the end step was the concert.
Understanding what is goal setting is pretty much easy. You have a goal. But, what about the setting part of things? To really understand what is goal setting, we must look at the set part.
For many people goals are a part of life. Though there is a big distinction. For example someone wanting to get to work in time, may be doing a form of goal setting, but this type of goal is not what we are thinking about when we say what is goal setting.
So, what is goal setting exactly? There is a big difference, and that difference is either doing it consciously or unconsciously. When you consciously goal set, you are setting goals that you have decided upon. You say you want this, that or other.
This is important as it means you are choosing the direction. Only a small portion of the population does this. Current conscious goal setting is done by only 4-7% of people. And the success rate is approximately 50%. For example out of 100 people 4-7 of them will set a goal, to achieve something, to be something, to get something. Out of that 4-7 people only 2-3 will achieve.
It may seem slim chances. But consider that you have a 50% of a chance of achieving some goal you set, compared to the 96-93% who never set goals. It is the only thing that will give you the greatest leverage to move forward and that is to be consciously deciding on what you want.
The figures don't stop there however. Only 1% of those 100 people will achieve a financial goal, such as becoming a multimillionaire, and truly prosperous. You may say why goal set. The answer is in what is goal setting. Setting goals is the only way to increase your chances of living the life of your dreams.

You can visit Urbino, birthplace of the painter Raphael, Pesaro where operatic composer Rossini was born, and admire countless treasures of the renaissance.
