Left Without Uzbek Cotton the Great Britain Resuscitates Colonialist’s Syndrome
London isn’t pleased with Tashkent learned to trade cotton independently
“Quid prodest?» ?n old Roman saying asking «who benefits?» rises an other question about origin of the critic on Uzbek cotton farmers.
One British firm suddenly assumed itself as penalty heavenly and has threatened Uzbek farmers not to buy their cotton. At the same time repeating the reasons and arguments of the former British ambassador - alcoholic and retrograde in one person, tries to judge the whole Uzbek nation. This is an attempt to teach the “careless» Uzbeks on how to live further and what way to go. Obviously, it seems more preferable they to follow the way of colonizer England.
With regard to those incongruous conjectures it would be pertinent to state some reflections and advise descendants of the British colonizers, whose “dandy ancestors» one and all extirpated settlements in India and South Africa, Bangladesh and Canada, to be engaged in own businesses than to teach somebody some sense.
Several years have passed since the first opening of the Tashkent cotton fair, where Uzbek cotton is being sold in two years futures contracts. Probably, the real prospect of emerging in the heart of Central Asia the competitor of the Liverpool cotton stock exchange makes the progenies of colonialists, pretending covering up with concern for the Uzbek ecology and the Uzbek children, try to accuse people of Uzbekistan of all mortal sins. It is clearly to realize some negative consequences for Liverpool if Uzbekistan stops to trade with its cotton at the British stock exchange.
First, Uzbekistan, being the fifth in the world cotton harvester and second its exporter, can deprive some the British cities and the firms, engaged in cotton speculations, of serious incomes which they received exclusively due to an existing irrational exchange cotton.
Second, to experience of Uzbeks on organization of the new form of the international cotton trade can follow and other countries. Then losses of the Liverpool stock exchange will increase multiply.
Third, rise of such tendencies and their transition to new kinds of raw material (plans of Russia to establish the oil stock exchange in St.-Petersburg, growth of financial appeal of the United Arab Emirates and Singapore, etc.) can result, that in the near future the significant part of financial flows will greatly bypass the British islands. Besides, if not in Uzbekistan, but in the Great Britain, change of a global climate makes more and more difficult and unpredicted the further development of agriculture and a city infrastructure.
On a current historical way of development of the modern human civilization we become witnesses of escalating misunderstanding and growth of the contradiction between the East and the West.
The Western world asserts, that it has found the only true and infallible «elixir» for making a decision on all universal problems, consisting of the open market economy, system of democratic elections, religious freedom, an equality of genders and other criteria.
The Muslim world categorically considers a western model not only «heretical» but also rather dangerous for the future of all of humanity.
As a result, the West and the East are more and more rolling down if not toward a precipice of political confrontation, then at least, towards a zone of cultural and civilization, and politico–psychological contradictions, expressed in mutual aversion of ethical standards each other.
One of forms of disagreement between the parties is a difference of approaches to the problem of the use of child labor. There is no doubt, that the use of child's labor in contempt of international norms must be stopped. But how to make a distinction between the abuse of child's labor and the help of children to the parents and members of the families?
Recently the moral and ethical standards of a society in the West have been seriously weakened and various parties of sexual minorities had been spreading more quickly. Moreover, a family has transformed from its «classic understanding». Therefore presently in the Western world there is the demographic problem connected with «zero» or even negative index of birth-rate.
Alongside with above mentioned, in the West different social rejections in activity of various religious, sectarian, human rights and other organizations become a «norm» for public for a long time. At normatively-legal level and by means of mechanisms of «double standards» they try to adjust «backwardness of way of life» of the others including the eastern people. But by doing this they are not troubling themselves trying to understand originality and historical realities of development of the concrete countries and their peoples.
In the Muslim east during several centuries concept «family» continued to base on such criteria as respect for seniors, respect for parents, devotion to the family and etc. It was expressed in mutual assistance, education of younger generation, rendering assistance to relatives, including on the household and economy.
This way of life of the Muslim east in the West perceive as archaism, which should be “straightened» through norms and criteria of the western way of life.
The rich don't know how the other half lives.
It is known, that in the majority the western societies belong to the rich or very rich states, so-called to « gold billion «. The level of income in countries is measured from 10 thousand dollars and more per capita. It is also to note, that in the West the average European at the time of his retirement receives the solid sum of capital from the government, and in this connection the question on the breadwinner on an old age of years is not so critical for him as, for example, in the eastern societies.
The states of the Muslim world, except for some oil monarchy of the Persian gulf, consists of from a number of developing or poor countries of the world. The governments of these countries, in comparison with European, cannot provide to their citizens solid pensions and the grants measured in thousand of dollars and euro. The population of these countries, basically, is rural.
With an intensive development of market attitudes, now in the East many families receive parcels of land, have farms, have opened the small firms and shops, develop the handicrafts. Although in reality the absence of work means there is no also a security of a life. And in general, in the East it is not accepted to indulge in vain hopes. So the customs and temper when the person even in old age used to work and be helpful both relatives ?nd part of a society with which he identifies himself. Exactly from that, how he and his family works, including even younger children, depend in many respects both their social status and respect in a society.
It is necessary to note, that at all times birth rate on village, where a natural requirement is always saved in hands, exceeded a birth-rate in town. In the East mainly cultivate cotton, and this work demands many efforts and large number of workers. The head of the family, the having allotment, often being the only source of the income, naturally enlists the children and close relatives to avoid costs on attraction of hired workers.
In this regard, the only hope and a support for an old age of years for inhabitants of villages in the East is the help from children and relatives. Blessing, as it is noted above, their families sustain solidarity, and relatives used to assist each other in any situation. Also in the countries of the East there are family units, which traditionally function having thousand-year history and being center of family-household and religious attitudes, ceremonies and holidays. The ancient consuetude of mutual help of the community, which always renders a necessary help to the needing members of society, is also saved.
The feasible contribution to development of a society is brought by younger generation. The children from the earliest age are taught to respect a labor and values of the community and environment where they live and coexist with. In the East the person since the childhood is brought up love to work, and in most cases elders enable him to expose his talents. Many children from their childhood determine the future profession, and sometimes go in the footsteps of parents, mainly handicraftsmen, and try successfully to realize themselves professionally.
However, some of western human rights organizations and NPO, such as IWPR, “Environmental Justice Foundation» (the UK) consider this as the forced use of child labor. Thus, these known « fighters for freedom of children « completely and impudently ignore the obvious facts of violence and compulsion of children in Europe and USA.
For example, last year in Holland party of pedophiles «Mercy, Freedom and Variety» got registration, which already has the right to take part in parliamentary elections of the Netherlands officially. One of the requirements which have been put forward by its leader Ad van den Berg, became «legalization of sex with children from 12 years; legalization of children's prostitution and a children's pornography, participation of children in the pornographic films etc.
A list of similar sort of «now-how» and «best practices» of the West in «not exploitation of child's labor» could be even longer.
At the end, I would like to make some conclusions. As a matter of fact, today we observe, how the western civilization tries to change not only own values, but also to impose the already gone bankrupt social reference points and model of behavior to the Muslim East. There is an attempt of creation of new false stereotypes, which logic sounds as follows:
Everything, that is not similar to our values is an incomprehensible, so, an alien, unnatural, wrong, hostile and a subject to eradication. The world should spread our values.
Some EU countries deliberately go on provocation the Muslim East, periodically publishing cartoons offensive for the most sacred feelings of one and a half billion Muslims of the world, followers of prophet Mohammed. This will not, definitely, finish well bringing the world to the beginning of «a hot phase» conflict of civilizations. Then, it could be too late to stop.

Brilliant Uncirculated
Brilliant Uncirculated

There are two concerns when discussing the storage of coins. First, the storage of the individual coin, and Second, the storage of a group of coins, or an entire collection.
Storage of a Coin Collection
The Environment of the entire Collection, or Group of Coins is the focus, taking into consideration Temperature, Humidity and Light. A relatively constant, moderate to low temperature and low humidity are preferable for long term storage of numismatic collectibles. Placing packets of silica gel, which absorbs moisture, in the coin storage areas helps control atmospheric humidity. The less light, the better; and absolutely no sunlight. This is why a safe or vault is ultimate storage container; because it controls Temperature, Light and Humidity, and provides Superior Safety.
Groups of Coins, or Collections are best stored in plastic coin boxes, such as sold by PCGS, NGC and Whitman, and which will hold 20, separated, "slabbed" coins. Another alternative is a cardboard coin storage box (single and double; red, blue or black), which stack easily on each other. Different sizes are available for slabs, as well as Vinyl and Cardboard Flips.
Storage of Individual Coins
Putting Individual coins into Holders is Imperative for all coins whose condition is BU and above, or MS60 and higher. Coins below these designations are considered "circulated" because they are found in the general circulation of money. Typically this will mean they are found in pocket change, or in rolls of coins purchased at a local bank. Although collecting Circulated coins is a great personal challenge for many collectors, the more serious Coin Collectors will concentrate on "Uncirculated" coins (BU+ and MS60+ ) because of their better condition (grade), value, and appearance.
Types of Containers or Holders.
Almost anything will do for coins with small or no numismatic value. A coin that is worth only face value, is not likely to have much numismatic value. while nearly airtight holders made of inert materials are a better idea for valuable coins.
Bags, jars and boxes are adequate for raw pocket change and circulated coins.
Paper Envelopes or Paper Flips of various sizes (usually 2 x 2) are still used for single coins. Be sure to use envelopes made explicitly for holding coins, otherwise your coins may change color (tone) over time due to reaction with sulfur or other chemicals present in the paper. Since the coin can not be seen, it is now out of favor with collectors.
Folders and Albums are sold primarily for series and type sets. Properly used, they offer moderate protection from wear and handling. Over the years coins may tone due to reaction with sulfur or other chemicals present in the folders and albums, and are therefore not a good choice for long term storage of higher grade coins. The coins are still exposed to light, air, chemicals and human touching. Albums have clear plastic covers over the coins, which slide in and out. This sliding action can leave unwanted and unattractive marks on the coin.
Plastic Flips are available in various materials. "Soft" flips were once made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which decomposed over time with disastrous results for coins; leaving a green appearance and substance. PVC flips are no longer made and sold. Mylar, vinyl and acetate flips do not contain PVC. While not airtight, they are reasonable choices for moderate value coins that will be "left alone" for multiple years.
Vinyl Pages (8 ½ x 11) which fit into a 3 ring binder. Well suited for Cardboard and Vinyl Flips, with great visability of coin obverse and reverse. This is a Great Favorite.
Mylar-lined Cardboard Flips, often called "2x2s" or cardboard flips. At one time, the most preferred and commonly used. but also available in other sizes, are similar to plastic flips. A coin is placed between the two halves, which are then folded over and stapled together (some brands contain an adhesive). The boxes that they come in are ideal for multiple coin storage.
Tubes are plastic containers designed to hold a number of the same size coins. They come in different sizes for different coins. They are fine for bulk storage of circulated coins and are appropriate for higher grade Uncirculated, BU+ and MS60+ coins. A disadvantage is that the coins cannot be viewed without being removed from the tube.
Hard Plastic Holders are preferable for more valuable coins. They are self sealing, and not known to contain any materials that harm coins and offer good protection against scratches, touching and handling, air and chemicals, and other physical damage. They are available for individual and small sets of coins, and come in all sizes.
Slabs are Sonically Sealed hard plastic holders for individual coins. They offer Excellent protection. Because of the expense of having a coin slabbed, they are generally suitable only for more valuable coins - i.e.: BU+ and MS60+ Coins.
Although generic slabs are available, most often, a slab will be seen holding a coin that has been Professionally Certified and Graded - which has tremendous advantages. The biggest advantage is when buying a coin on the Internet or by phone. You know what you're getting. A coin Certified and Graded by one of the "Top Four" gives reliability, assurance and security. A big advantage over the scam sellers of raw coins, and non-conforming grading companies.
Have fun collecting your Perfect Coins!

BU Coin means Brilliant Uncirculated Coin or Bullion?
Some websites selling BU coin, e.g. http://www.singaporemint.com/product_info.php?products_id=468
Can anyone tell me whether the BU Coin in the above website means it is a Brilliant Uncirculated Coin or it is a Bullion?
Usually which type of coin is better for collection and investment? BU coin or proof gold coin with legal tender (such as http://www.singaporemint.com/product_info.php?products_id=498)?
Thanks!
BU means "Brilliant Uncirculated". This means that the coin has never been exposed to the wear and tear of circulation. It means that the coin has no wear whatsoever, though it may have some contact marks from other uncirculated coins in the course of post-manufacture processing at the mint.
A Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) coin is also distinguished from a Proof (PR) coin, which is a coin made under stricter controls for collectors rather than everyday circulation. Proof Coins typically have mirrored surfaces, and are exceptionally well struck from slow moving hydraulic presses. BU coins, also known as "business strikes" are made on high speed electrical presses.
As to what form of gold coins to collect or invest in, I recommend pre-1933 US gold coins in the best condition you can afford.

Do You Want to Organise Your Own Lottery Syndicate!
An unbelievable sum of money is spent every week on lottery tickets by the population who hope to win the jackpot, but the truth is, the chances of winning are extremely small. And that holds for any lottery on the planet. Consider the UK National lottery for example; there is a 1 in 13,983,816 likelihood of winning that lotto and even longer odds of winning the European lottery, which stands at 1 in 76,275,360. Though you are more lightly to win a small prize on the European lotto!
Now, you are able to put those odds in your favour if say you share the cost with some friends, work colleagues or even family members. That’s ok, but how often have you read, or seen on the TV news, accounts of people who have won the lottery as part of a syndicate only to deny it and tries to keep all of the winnings to themselves. They might have genuinely bought the ticket/tickets themselves or perhaps not! Wouldn’t it have been so much easier if they entered into an official syndicate agreement and saved all the bother? You'll be able to download a syndicate agreement from the UK National lottery website at: www.national-lottery.co.uk
Hence, if you have ever debated whether to set up a lottery syndicate, here are a few useful tips for you:
Gather your syndicate members together and decide your weekly budget. 1 or several of the players might prefer to spend a lot more than the others in the syndicate, in which instance they would have to purchase double or triple entries then obtain twice or triple the percentage of whatever profits there are.
Choose someone to manage the syndicate: this would plainly have to be a person that’s reliable, well-organized and trusty! They will have to be responsible for gathering the ticket numbers and buying them. Don't forget that the tickets will have to be purchased in the manager's name and you're entirely reliant on them to pay out your profits - therefore decide wisely!
Besides, you will need to draw up a lottery syndicate agreement then have it signed, witnessed and date stamped by all the players. Syndicate agreements are can be downloaded from the internet as mentioned earlier but sadly they will not aid you if your syndicate manager was last seen boarding a plane to the Bahamas with all your winnings. That said they are a worthwhile precaution because they set down the conditions of your agreement on paper.
Getting the agreement signed and witnessed by all members is very valuable in as much as it allows players to stipulate what will happen with their percentage of the winnings if they pass away. If prepared right any portion of the deceased person can be equally distributed between the remaining members or whether it is to be passed on to their estate!
A very important point here is, whenever the agreement can be demonstrated to have been signed in advance of the winning draw, then, the prize will be exempt of death duty as the law currently stands.
The agreement must also include the syndicate policy since what will happen, if a member doesn't pay up on time. Will they surrender whatever winnings they think they are due, or will there be a time period of grace?
How much notification must each member give to leave the syndicate? What is the group’s policy on publicity in the event of them hitting the jackpot? This may represent some major problem if they are not in agreement in beforehand with a few players wanting their fifteen minutes of glory and their photographs in the news papers and others preferring to stay entirely anonymous, a few not even wanting their family and friends to know they have scooped the jackpot!
These are all factors which require discussion with all parties thus must be considered in advance to head off whatever problems that may arise
You then have to agree on the numbers you are going to use, it’s better to have the same ones every week to have an easier life for the syndicate handler! It’s also a good idea to print out a duplicate copy for the players to allow them to mark off their numbers.
Rather than paying up weekly, if the players are agreed it is more beneficial to pay up every 4th to the 8th week, then place the submissions in advance. Naturally, great care should be observed in this event since any minor error will be carried forward for a whole period of time, not simply one draw.
Agree to regular meeting with your lotto syndicate players to give them a chance to nominate any revisions they would care to see with the numbers and payment procedures etc.
There's is no escaping from the fact that running a syndicate can constitute rather a lot of work and there’s also a real big obligation for the manager.

Buckingham Palace has a history that dates back over 500 years and has changed hands on numerous occasions, however much of the building that remains standing today is from the original structure built in the early 1700. So how has the palace changed and developed since early 1700?
In the beginning Buckingham Palace was originally known as Buckingham House. However in 1762 George III liked the house so much that he brought it for £28,000 and renamed it Queen's House. The reason for this was down to the fact he brought the house to give to his wife Charlotte. Shortly after he did this work soon began in order to remodel the house with the help of Sir William Chambers. This trend then continued with the accession of George IV in 1820 when he decided to reconstruct the house but he still used it for the same purpose that his father did.
One of the biggest physical changes to the house however occurred several years later when the king had a change of mind. It was in 1826 that king George IV set about transforming the house into what it is known today, Buckingham Palace. He did this with the help of an architect known as John Nash.
The work that Nash carried out involved doubling the size of the main block through adding a new suite of rooms on the garden side facing the west. He then faced this with mellow Bath stone, which reflected the French neo-classical influence favoured by George IV. Many of the rooms that Nash added still remain pretty much unchanged today.
Another major change to the palace took place in 1837; this change on the other hand was to the main use of the building. I am of course referring to the fact Queen Victoria was the first sovereign to take up residence in July 1837. Since this decision was made the palace has continued to be the home of the British Monarchy throughout the years and throughout these years it has continued to be changed and remodelled, like in 1913 when a decision was made to reface the façade.
Sir Aston Webb created a new design, which involved Portland Stone. This took 12 months to prepare before any building work began and after building work was started it took 13 weeks to complete. This process involved removing the old stonework and refacing it. Also the gates and railings that stand around Buckingham Palace were constructed in 1911. This means that all of the major work was completed before the First World War in 1914.
Buckingham Palace Today
The palace as it stands today acts as not only the London residence of Her Majesty the Queen but also as the administrative headquarters of the Royal Household. It is in fact one of the few working Royal palaces that remain in the world today. The state rooms are extensively used by the Queen as well as Members of the Royal Family as a way of receiving and entertaining guests on state, ceremonial and official occasions.
Around 50,000 guests every year are entertained at the palace's garden parties, receptions, audiences and banquets. However its not just invited guests that get to see inside the palace. In August and September the Queen visits Scotland and during this time the nineteen state rooms in the palace are open to visitors.
Buckingham Palace is a huge tourist attraction and represents so much British history. It is a monument that has been around for 500 years and will continue to be here long into the future; it will be here for as long as the British Monarchy. The above is the history of the palace but this will just continue to grow as long as the palace stands.

What does the queen of England think about joining the European Union ?
Joining the European Union represents a significant reduction in the sovereign powers of the British monarchy , loss of control over the armed forces in favour of a centrally controled and orchestrated army , loss of control over interest rates and the nations economy in addition to a centralising of legislature to European courts , yet the Queen remains silent ...what does she think ?
NEWSFLASH TO UNINFORMED AMERICANS!!!
England joined the EU in 1973, nothing much,

Speak With a British Slang Tend to Over Stress
If you are a British in America try to speak without the British slang and save quite a big deal of bewilderment. Well, it is not a disease it is just a regional dialect and sometimes you might feel funny and sometimes embarrassed. By all means it becomes enjoyable for a future joke, when you are applying your British slang in a place where it is not used widely. Truly Americans use less slang than the British contrary to popular beliefs but still there is slang for Americans too. Slang changes pretty quickly some term that mean a way 10 years before might not mean the same today. If a British is going to mention knocked up for someone that is rapping on the door to an American, the situation can be funny, because Knock up in American slang means pregnant.
There are many words that are used in American with a totally different pronunciation when put in to use in the British slang like schedule spelt “sh” and schedule “sk” in American. Many Americans that are trying to speak with a British slang tend to over stress on “mahss” and “fahncy” when truly they might not need to be doing it. When we are trying to mimic the British slang without knowing where to place the stress on we tend to kill the richness and naturalness of that speech. Similarly people that are used to British slang if they try to be American they will be using the term “too often” in wrong places!
• CUPPA is a British slang word to say cup tea or. They tend to use it as would you like to have a nice cuppa?
• GIT in British refers to a silly fool
• Full of Beans in British slang refers to someone with loads of energy.
• Loo in British slang refers to a room with a toilet or just a toilet fixture. It is commonly used as going to the Loo.
• Sister in British slang refers to the Nurse.
• Straight away in British slang refers to do something immediately.
• Surgery is a British slang for the doctor’s office.
Well, there is truly no complete book that gives a comprehensive explanation of all the British slang in existence. However, learning new slang words can be like remembering a lot of your high school friend who was British! Enjoy learning British Slang with any of the online British slag resource.

Facts about british soldiers uiniform in world war one?
I want to know at least 5 facts about the uniform of the averge british soldier in wourld war one (the great war)
1. The round helmet was based loosely on mediaeval helmets. The round shape and brim was designed to provide protection from artillery shrapnel coming from above. It was not designed to stop bullets, and actually no helmet until recently was actually designed to stop bullets.
2. The British had begun to switch to khaki uniforms in the late nineteenth century, and made a full transition from red to olive and khaki around 1898. Khaki was first worn by Indian troops (the word "khaki" is an Indian word) and it provided effective camouflage in the desert. The green tint came about as a result of the Boer War in South Africa in 1900. The British modernized their uniform to combat the Boer guerrillas, and as a result of that war, the British entered World War One with the most modern uniforms and equipment of any army.
3. Most British soldiers wore puttees, which are long strips of cloth wrapped around the lower legs. Puttees are another Indian invention. They provide ankle support, while also closing off the bottom of the trouser, which prevents mud and bugs getting up the trouser legs. They also save on the cost of making a tall boot with lots of leather. With puttees you only need a short ankle boot. Most armies switched to puttees by the end of the war, notably the Germans who ran out of leather to make the tall boots they are famous for.
4. The British developed unit patches for combat troops. Most armies had identifying marks on their uniforms, such as numbers, different color piping, or hat bands, but the British developed a very simple system which involved square or diamond shaped patches, usually divided into two colors, such as red and black (which was worn by ANZACs) or yellow and red. This patch was usually on the shoulder but was also painted on the side of the helmet, and occasionally on the back of the collar. The British still wear patches like this to this day.
5. In the Middle East, the British wore cork sun helmets, which look more like a tall version of the steel helmet or a wide-brimmed pith helmet. The British were more worried about heat casualties than artillery casualties, so the uniform itself was light cotton, usually khaki or tan, and I believe they occasionally wore shorts.
